Postgraduate Training and Internship Policy
Our work is grounded in clinically translatable precision psychiatry and involves highly standardized data acquisition, analysis pipelines, and integrative modeling approaches. Meaningful contribution within this environment requires substantial onboarding and sustained engagement with the lab’s scientific and clinical framework.
To support the depth and continuity required for this work, we prioritize longer-term, fully embedded trainees, such as funded graduate students, postdoctoral scholars, and research staff, who can engage deeply with ongoing projects and contribute across the full research lifecycle.
As a result, we are generally not able to accommodate short-term internships or visiting scholar placements, particularly those of less than 12–24 months.
We are committed to supporting the development of the next generation of scientists through structured training programs and collaborative partnerships. Individual placements are considered only in rare cases where there is strong alignment with an existing funded project and sufficient capacity for dedicated supervision.
